The Self-organizing Spectrum Allocation Project

Principal Investigators:
D. H. Staelin, D. Bliss and A. McKellips

Summary:
A study of limits to spectral utilization efficiency in ad-hoc mobile wideband MIMO networks, and of the signalling protocol and side-channel design issues. Urban observations of ambient multivariate propagation characteristics may be made.
