Diana Aude is currently an undergraduate student in the M.I.T. Department of Physics. Her present research involves optical modeling for use in measuring the deflection of ultrathin membranes under applied pressure. She has also recently developed an interest in the field of templated self-assembly after participating in the Nanostructures Lab Summer Journal Club sessions.

Diana is currently on an exchange program to Cambridge University in the UK.
