Mr.
Ferri is currently a visiting student from the Ecole Normale
Superieure (ENS) in Paris, France. He has a bachelor's degree
in in physics from ENS.
His research focuses on the optimization of electron-beam
lithography, using genetic algorithms for cancellation
of the electron proximity effect. His theoretical work
is applied to the development of nanowire single-photon
detectors.
