ABOUT THE GROUP The RLE Software Tools for System Design group conducts research in digital systems design and computer aided fabrication of integrated circuits. Other interests include developing a flexible, distributed system architecture capable of providing collaborative design, fabrication, and analysis of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. Distributed fabrication promotes direct, remote, and physical experimentation for leading-edge technology, where manufacturing resources can be costly and scarce.
