Harry received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 1997. While there he worked on near field microscopy and TDM communications and solitons. He received his M.S.(2001) and Ph.D.(2006) degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT. Harry was the recipient of a National Science Foundation graduate fellowship. His research interests are in the dynamic properties of multimode VCSELs and in high speed semiconductor lasers. |
