Jason Orcutt

Jason Orcutt

Jason received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2005. While there, he used commercial silicon VLSI fabrication technology to design experimental hybrid carbon nanotube circuits and biological interfaces with Professor Ken Shepard. Jason is currently pursuing his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering. His work focuses on the device design and testing of Si/Ge photodetectors for CMOS-compatible electronic & photonic integrated circuits. Jason is the recipient of a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.
