Jason
received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia
University in 2005. While there, he used commercial silicon VLSI
fabrication technology to design experimental hybrid carbon nanotube
circuits and biological interfaces with Professor Ken Shepard.
Jason is currently pursuing his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical
Engineering. His work focuses on the device design and testing
of Si/Ge photodetectors for CMOS-compatible electronic & photonic
integrated circuits. Jason is the recipient of a National Science
Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. |
