Staff Recognition

RLE offers a locally-administered staff appreciation program.  These awards are intended to recognize staff members immediately or “on the spot” for a job well done. In the past, the RLE Appreciation Award has been given to individuals or teams who have improved work processes or stayed late to help a colleague with an assignment.  Award winners receive a recognition gift and certificate.  The monetary value of the award may be small, but the impact on the recipient is huge.

To request an appreciation award for an individual or a group, contact Richard Petruzzelli (petruzze@mit.edu), or Flor Nawara (fgnawara@mit.edu) giving the name of the recipient(s) and a brief explanation of the award.

Please note that this program is specifically for MIT staff.  Students, fellows and affiliates are not eligible.
