As a Fiscal Officer, Victoria is responsible for both Pre-Award and Post-Award administration, advising Principal Investigators (PI) on all aspects of financial and research administration associated with sponsored research projects. This includes preparing financial reports, forecasting, creating research budgets and managing proposal submissions. She works closely with the PIs, the Office of Sponsored Programs and various other departments across the MIT campus, research sponsors and other higher education colleges and universities.
Prior to joining RLE, Victoria worked in higher education administration for seven years at Boston University and Harvard Medical School as a Grants Manager and Department Administrator. She also worked for a number of years in investment consulting. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
