Professor Muriel Médard will be joined by Ken R. Duffy (Maynooth University) to give a Tutorial on Universal Decoding by Guessing Random Additive Noise Decoding – GRAND on Sunday June 26th (14:00-17:00 EEST, local Helsinki time) at IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory 2022. The tutorial will introduce GRAND in three parts, considering the theories, performance of GRAND and SGRAND (using soft information), as well as an overview of research questions related to GRAND.
