Earlier this week, Professor Médard presented a talk for the IEEE Signal Processing Society, Gujarat Chapter. The basis of that talk was on the Guessing Random Additive Noise Decoder (GRAND) chip, with a title of “Guessing Random Additive Noise Decoding – Universal Decoding Algorithm and Relations to Signal Processing.” Originally, that talk was presented to only those registered for the IEEE SPS conference, but now it is available to the public!
