Currently enrolled MIT students:
MIT graduate students are encouraged to email your interest and experience directly to Professor Chen. We welcome undergraduate students who are interested in gaining research experience in the areas of robot design, microfabrication, fluid mechanics, and control. Due to the significant amount of training required, we prefer students who are interested in longer term (one year or more) research projects.
Outside prospective students:
We welcome self-motivated students with an interest in dynamics, control, and micro-robotics. Please contact Prof. Chen for opportunities.
Postdoctoral researchers and visiting students:
Currently we are not searching for postdoctoral researchers or visiting students due to limited funding availability. However, visiting students or postdoctoral researchers who have external fellowships are welcome to contact Prof. Chen to discuss opportunities.
